What is it like being part of a destination wedding video project?

Happy 2023, everyone!

The 2022 wedding season has flown by, and I am still at a loss for words going through all your emotional, heart-wrenching, tear-jerking cinematic footage. Seriously, going through the video files of the past year has made me rethink and better understand what deep love looks and feels like.

A lakeside styled shoot. Models on a boat. And talented vendors to make the vision pop. How could I resist?! As a videographer, there are many challenges that come with crafting a mock wedding into a film.

What would Cranberry Creek Gardens look like without their gorgeous wedding decor and atmosphere? This is such an elegant location for all special events to take place, with staff and service making your dream wedding day come true.

In the midst of a global pandemic, being able to relive a tropical paradise may seem out of reach– but with these two and their wonderful wedding party, the white sand and warm water aren't hard to remember at all. As I finally get around to posting this imagery, it brings back the feelings of relaxation and warmth.

They say time slows down when we experience new things, so thank you to everyone who made 2018 the amazing long ride that it was. From the countless number of wedding weekends, to the special moments in between, meeting each of you this year was truly unforgettable (especially since I’ve watched your beautiful faces a billion times in the edit 🙋🏻‍♂️)
