A Philippines Destination Wedding: Videography and Photography

A Philippines Destination Wedding:
Videography and Photography

I almost wish we were butterflies and liv’d but three summer days — three such days with you I could fill with more delight than fifty common years could ever contain.”

― John Keats

Having the pleasure to travel to the Philippines was an experience unlike any other – especially so due to this wonderful wedding. Although the heat was something I’ll never forget (working both photography and videography alone is a draining feat), this was an experience of a life time.

For any wedding professional travelling from Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara, Ottawa (or anywhere in Ontario, Canada) to the Philippines, the number one thing I would suggest is to bring a big water bottle at all times – I was sweating like crazy. A Canadian summer is not like the summer season in the humid and populated Philippines. And fill that water bottle with only distilled water. Drinking the local water may lead to frequent washroom visits 😅

I'm a wedding filmmaker born-and-raised out of the gritty, charming, and sometimes wholesome city of Hamilton, Ontario. For the past 5 years, I've been shooting events and weddings professionally, and travelling for destination work in places I still can't believe.

From Mexico, to Antigua, to The Philippines. I've also worked and learned from behind the camera as close as Alberta and Quebec, Canada, and as far away as Italy and the United Kingdom.

I've realized that the most impactful films are those that spring out of an understanding of human love. For me, this is much more than a weekend side job – it is my entire life. Learning and spreading the many definitions of love from all over the globe and doing it in engaging film teasers and timeless full wedding films.

If my work speaks to you, please write me an email to start your heirloom film.
